The RLB230shaped is a protective cover for a lounge sofa with a high back and lower armrests. The cover is higher at the back and lower at the front, for a perfect fit around your lounge sofa. The neutral taupe colour of the cover brings tranquillity to any garden. This colour is maintained by the Solution Dyed material. The cover is made of Oxford polyester with a PU coating on the inside. This protects your lounge sofa against all weather conditions, including frost and UV radiation. Moreover, it also extends the life of your lounge sofa. Furthermore, the seams of the cover are double-stitched and finished with PVC tape.
In strong winds, you can attach the cover to the lounge sofa. This is done using the drawstring and click-and-close straps at the bottom of the cover. For extra security in stormy weather, you can always buy extra sandbags. These sandbags ensure that the cover stays in place.
Good air circulation within the cover is important to prevent the build-up of condensation on the lounge sofa. That is why there are air vents on the side of the cover. These air vents allow the cover to breathe. A breathable cover promotes air circulation. To ensure even better air circulation, you get a free water-shedding cushion - RWSC16080 - with this cover. This inflatable cushion, which is up to 160 cm long, not only improves air circulation, but also water drainage. This prevents puddles of water from forming on the cover.
When you want to use your lounge sofa, the cover is easy to move with the handles provided. You can also easily store the cover in the free storage bag.
Please note, the RLB230shaped cover slopes. The back is higher than the front. Moreover, the cover is small in size. Please allow 5 cm play for this. This cover fits around a 225 x 100 cm or 230 x 95 cm lounge sofa, for example. If you have a lounge sofa where the back and armrests are the same height, the RLB230straight cover is a better choice.
