This lounge set cover is ideal if you want to protect your entire lounge set, consisting of a sofa with a footstool and chairs, for example. This frost-resistant cover offers year-round protection for your lounge set. And it can also be used in summer to protect your set including cushions (depending on the quality of your cushions). So you don't have to bring them inside every summer evening. Note; never leave cushions under the cover for too long, and keep checking.
This cover roughly consists of 2 layers. The outer layer is made of solution-dyed Oxford polyester, this material is UV-resistant and retains its colour for a long time. The inner layer is a water-repellent layer of PU coating. This coating is breathable and water-repellent, thus keeping rain away from your garden furniture. While condensation does allow it to pass through the cover to the outside via the air vents. These reduce the chance of condensation forming.
You can pull the cover nice and tight around your set with the elastic drawstring, and the click-close strap serves as an extra safeguard when it is really windy. The cover comes with a water shedding cushion. Inflate this cushion and place it in the middle of the lounge set, under the cover. The water shedding cushion will keep the middle of the cover slightly raised, preventing rainwater from pooling on the cover. This water can cause leaks and tears. The beautiful colour of this cover is very neutral, so neutral that it fits nicely in any garden.
